We believe understanding anxiety patterns is the key to managing them. Mudo started as a personal tool to track startup anxiety and quickly became a shared resource among friends preparing for therapy sessions.

The name Mudo nods to both the English word mood and the Portuguese word mudo, meaning mute. We create a quiet place in your day to track anxiety without judgment.
